Shephatiah Harvey, AKA, DJ Rocksteady is president of
Trauma Center Production. He attended Penn State University
where he majored in Liberal Arts . He later went on to become
one of the pioneering in-house V-Jay's/ DJ, as well as,
technical director for WGTW's Urban Xpressions, a rap and
hip-hop video show that continues to air in the tri-state area.
Growing up in West Philly, music was all around him and it
essentially became his first love. Today he has produced a
powerful collection of independent music video's as well as
built an eclectic "underground of sound" that started in the
heart of Philadelphia and continues on in southern NJ.
